- Introducing you to your dedicated project team.
- Scheduling a project kick-off meeting to understand your requirements and confirm alignment on timing and milestones.
- Conducting a site survey to identify relevant assets.
- Assessing potential regulatory or permitting challenges.
We will then finalize a delivery timeline and develop a detailed project plan, outlining everything you can expect in terms of scope, timing, cost, and execution.
The next phase of the project consists of four main steps:
- Firstly, we will review the initial network designs provided by you or developed by our team during the presale process. We will then make any necessary adjustments to locations, nearby assets, and other requirements.
- In addition, we will consider factors relevant to your business such as distance to our fiber, search ring analysis, and spatial measurement analysis in order to deliver a network that meets your needs within your requested timeframe.
- Next, where appropriate, we will conduct an on-site walkthrough to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on the plans and their needs are taken into consideration.
- Before moving into implementation, we will require approval from you, any project-specific stakeholders, and potentially the site landlord.
Lastly, we will handle any necessary permits with local regulatory bodies using our established relationships across the country. This may include obtaining fiber make-ready agreements, easements for private property, and municipal permits.
Once designs have been approved and all permits obtained, the implementation phase commences with three key steps:
- Building: Our network of trusted contractors will handle the execution of your designs, managing all aspects of construction including coordination with permitting bodies, utilities, and other stakeholders. However, as a wireless carrier, you may choose to oversee construction management yourself. Upon completion, our team will conduct an internal quality control review to ensure optimal network performance.
- Integration: Once the assets are ready for integration into your existing network architecture, we will notify you. In most cases, no further action is required on your part.
- Close out: As this phase draws to a close, we will supply any necessary project documentation. We generate two sets of documents:
After the project has concluded and documents have been delivered, we will begin monitoring your infrastructure through our comprehensive asset-monitoring program.
After setting up your network, our fully staffed Network Operators continuously monitors the infrastructure using state-of-the-art facilities located throughout the country. Our in-house experts are equipped to troubleshoot and resolve any issues remotely or dispatch a local team for speedy response. In rare cases where on-site resolution is not possible, we will escalate the problem to higher levels until it’s resolved. Regular maintenance is also conducted to proactively prevent hazards and minimize downtime. Depending on your Scope of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreement (SLA), additional support may be provided as well.
